The Makita DTW180Z is an 18V cordless impact wrench of 9.5mm (3/8″) square drive. It’s comapct and lightweight design includes a handy LED job light and an ergonomic soft grip for comfortable operation. Other features include a brushless motor, forward/reverse rotation and an electric brake. The DTW180Z offers variable speed control by trigger as well as 2-stage impact power selection. The DTW180Z also comes with reverse rotation auto-stop mode. This mode works only with pulling the trigger fully in counter-clockwise rotation. When the bolt/nut gets loosened enough, the tool stops the impact and rotation in 0.2 seconds.
